Q: What happens if it rains?
A: You may cancel your rental due to bad weather up to 8:00 AM on the day of your event without penalty.
If you cancel before 8:00 AM, we will refund your deposit or give you full credit toward a future event (your choice).
After 8:00 AM, full payment is due, and no refunds or reschedules will be allowed. At that point, we’ve already loaded, prepped, and reserved your equipment.
Q: Do I Have To Pay A Deposit?
A: Yes. A $25 to $100 depending on total amount of event deposit secures your rental just for you on your specific date and it applies to your final payment.
Q: How long do you rent the inflatables for?
A: I will drop off between 9am and 11am and pick up between 6p and 7pm.
Q: Do I need my own power source?
A: If the event is held where a power source is available, we can certainly use it. If no power is available, fear not, we can help.
Q: Do you have someone to stay and operate the machines?
A: Yes. If you determine you would like an operator to stay with the equipment during your event, we will gladly provide one at the cost of $15/hour.
Q: What age group is best for inflatable rentals?
A: Although older children can play as well, we find that 2 year olds to 10 year olds are the optimal, safe age for this kind of event equipment.
Q: Are you able to set up on concrete?
A: Unfortunately not. The inflatables are designed to be staked down. Those stakes have to be secured in grass.
